Fresh Apulian cheese ‘Burratà is a fresh Apulian cheese with a 'drawstring bag' shape. It is hand-made and produced using the milk of cows bred in the uncontaminated fields of the Valle d’Itria. It is soft and stringy. It is served as a starter or together with a first course.
Ingredients: cows’ milk, rennet, acidifiers, 'ricottà cheese and salt.
Shelf life: 4-5 giorni
