Mature Apulian cheese
‘Cacioricotta’ is a mature Apulian cheese made by mixing the techniques for the production of cheese and ricotta. It is hand-made and produced using the milk of goats bred in the uncontaminated fields of the Valle d’Itria. Fresh ‘cacioricotta’is semi-hard cheese. It can be served as a dish or it can be grated.
Ingredients: cows’ milk, rennet and salt.
