‘Caciotta’ is a mature Apulian cheese with a cylindrical shape. It is hand-made and produced using the milk of cows bred in the uncontaminated fields of the Valle d’Itria. It is a hard cheese. It can be served as a dish or grated.
Ingredients: cows’ milk, rennet and salt.
Shelf life: 5-6 mesi
