‘Cacioricotta’ is a fresh Apulian cheese made by mixing the techniques for the production of cheese and ricotta. It is hand-made and produced using the milk of cows bred in the uncontaminated fields of the Valle d’Itria. Fresh ‘cacioricotta’is a soft cheese. It is served as a starter or together with other dishes, as a side dish.
Ingredients: cows’ milk, rennet and salt.
Storage: +4°C in fuscelli in plastica per alimenti
Shelf life: 3 giorni
