Caseificio Pugliese

For more than three generations the Trisolini family has been breeding a three hundred-strong herd of Brown and Friesian cattle in the fifty hectares of its property, the Masseria Cappella. During the early 1990s Giovanni Trisolini, together with other breeders, set up the farmers’ cooperative “Valcoop”. The dairy factory, located in the rural pastures of the Valle d'Itria, transforms the milk produced on the affiliated breeding farms into top quality dairy produce. To this day the production and sale of cheese is offered together with the sale of selected bakery products and sliced meats, a winning combination which provides Italian families with all the typical tastes of Apulia.
