This Caciocavallo has been matured in an ancient cave and it is one of our Masterpiece. Made with cow milk, it has an unusual shape of a pear. Its unique flavor is very tasty and rich of a particular smell, result of moulds on the crust of the cheese. It is great to taste it alone or matched with jams or fresh fruit.
